Two white middle-aged women’s tenuous friendship is put to the test by two young Muslim teenagers who may or may not know one of their sons. The privilege of college, the measure of race, what we think we know about our best friends and what we tell ourselves we know about the world are folded and refolded into the messages that we write and the ones we receive – ultimately asking - Am I worthy of your love?
